Sir apka explaination bahut achha hai but example dekar expln krenge toh or jldi smjh ayega...example board per marker ki help se dekar samjhange toh or achha hoga...

नमस्ते सर!
एक कंपनी है जो कोयला खनन के लिए जमीन लीज में ली है। लीज एरिया में एक गांव आता है जिसका 75% जमीन कंपनी के लीज एरिया में है और बाकी 25% जमीन लीज एरिया के बाहर है। 75% जमीन का कंपनी ने मुवावजा दिया है। लेकिन 25% जमीन मुवावजा दिए बिना गांव खाली करवा दिया गया, कंपनी के तरफ से कहा गया कि 25% जमीन लीज एरिया के बाहर है इसलिए मुवावजा नहीं मिलेगा और वहां के लोग कुछ कर नहीं पाए क्योंकि उस गांव के सभी घरों से एक व्यक्ति कंपनी में नौकरी करता है, कुछ करने से कंपनी बहुत तरह के हथकंडे अपनाती है।

क्या कानून में कोई ऐसा प्रावधान है जिससे ऊपर दिए गए समस्या को सुलझाया जा सके?

Sir, your explanation is good but not clear ...bec...there is lot of confusion between authorities ....i.e., you are not well versed with the concept of this chapter and authorities ....
