In the mid 80’s I used to horseback on my fathers Victoria ranch listening to this song over and over again using my Sony walkman, just listening to it brings back the thrill I used to feel, the 15 year-old me galloping at full speed across the plain next to the horse paddock, the sun high in front, the mountains to my right and the fenced plain to my left, no one around in the vastness of the land just me and my beautiful one of a kind horse galloping at full speed, oh God I miss those days so much, I’m 51 years old now, just 2 years after these memories happened my father was murdered under very strange circumstances and the succession litigation became so difficult that I decided to forget about my share in his fortune and just keep the great memories my father bestowed upon me while he was alive, Best father in the world, thanks for posting, it brings tears to my eyes to remember these memories.

Every bit of design was on point for the time and still remains cool for us true fans. Even the pilot helmets were awesome looking. I wanted one for when I would go ride on my moped as a teen.

Airwolf will always be my favourite TV show ever, despite seeing all the production errors years later in re-watches. So sad though to think that only Jean Bruce Scott is still with us now (apart from Archangel's ladies). Even The Lady herself was destroyed in a thunderstorm in the 90s. The show even came complete with the best theme tune ever. No argument. Many thanks to Sylvester Levay.

0:11 - the opening shot of the Airwolf on every episode. I used to get chills down my spine hearing those rotors and then seeing the Airwolf appear, followed by that kickass theme.
