Hit the snooze button. Sleep is the greatest testosterone builder.

I used to train a bit harder/a lot harder to make weight class for some a amature boxing/thai fights here and there... can't do that forever. Few different lifestyle changes and covid took me out the gym routine. Vaxx mandates didnt help. A back issue, a newborn, and more responsibilities at work put on the plate make it difficult to find motivation for the gym
Still work a pretty physical job every day, but my point is, when I look back at pics from those days only a few years ago that was really my prime physical condition, I don't like how drawn out I look Chad.
