Jerry: "Do you do meditation?"
GB: "I don't, I tried it once."
Jerry: "Oh great, good try." 🤣🤣🤣

Jerry has earned his success. He worked at it for years honed his skills and made then right decisions that propelled him into the star he became. Very thoughtful person.

I think Jerry might have won the game of life in a way no one else has. He has spent his entire adult life not taking things too seriously, practicing and perfecting his craft and yet still continues to improve himself. He's amazing. Further, as a podcast myself, I'm such a fan of how good Graham is and how he's built such an amazing practice of his show. Very good interview.

Transcendental Meditation is absolutely wonderful. After hearing Bob Roth and Jerry Seinfeld talk about 5 years ago i found a TM center and went for it. TM has made a huge difference in how i live my life. Life still happens, but TM gives you the peaceful energy to deal with it. Always loved Jerry Seinfeld, bless you for spreading the word.

I read Marcus Aurelius about 10 years ago, and I was very impressed with the stoic attitude. Jerry inspired me to read it again.

Maybe the best interview line of all time, "exercise is not funny so I don't want to talk about it."

So many emotions when I hear that Jerry is 70. First it makes me realize that I'm getting old. I have been watching the forever young seinfeld in his show for two decades as I aporoach 40 years old. Second, he simply looks incredible for 70. This man is a treasure

Graham Bensinger is great at interviewing -- I love how he pushes the conversation into the most interesting areas (like the stuff about exercise and Seinfeld's study of Marcus Aurelius, etc.. I've seen Seinfeld interviewed a thousand times but this is the first time where I learned more about who he is and even got a nice reminder about what's important in life. Wow!

Jerry, I'm 62 year old homeless vet. And i watch a lot of videos, because I love to learn.

Like you, i feel younger than i am. Like you, i didn't work after covid for 2 years. I just started exercising 9 months ago. I couldn't walk half a block.

Exercising, weight training has been my savior. ( my depression is still here, and unlike you i want to not live, but at least I'm physically healthy). Working out is my meditation. I can squat and deadlift very heavy weights because I focus on one simple thing at a time. I do meditate and have taught others. I also do yoga.

I love how you interview. You do it with humor, mindfulness and with Sincereness. At least that is what i have observed.

Thank you. I will read up on stoicism. I have read a bit on saint Thomas Aquinas, Buddhism, and others.

In prison, my friends said to me, " is anyone shooting at you?"

This question is like your current philosophy. If no one is shooting at you, don't worry. Just move on to the next thing.

Be blessed and Shalom.😊

Ps, instead of expresso, its instant coffee😂.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I totally missed out on Seinfeld, the TV show. Never started watching it, never got into the habit, and never knew what people were talking about. Just recently, I pulled his book, "Is This Anything?" from one of those little roadside libraries. Now I'm nuts for Seinfeld. He's extraordinary.

I love this guy. Such a clear mind.. I discovered Marcus Aurelius last year. One of my favorite quotes was: „Don’t think about other people, unless you want to do something good for them“.
Will start my TM session now. Love to all of you ❤️

Never heard of Graham, but great interview skills. He actually listens and asks questions based on where the conversation goes.
Too many interviewers just have a set of questions that they want to get through.

This was insanely great advice from Jerry. I wholeheartedly recommend literally everything he said in this interview clip. Going to start reading the great Stoic authors and take my mediation practice more seriously from now on.

God that was inspirational.
