Strengthening Black Sea security and defense in a new era

Russia’s renewed invasion of Ukraine has fundamentally altered the security situation in the Black Sea. To ensure continued stability and effective defense the United States must work with allies like Romania to forge a new strategic approach.

So... According to one of the speakers (around 20:00), Romania is at the gate of Europe and is defending the wall... OK, geography is complicated and the speaker does not know where the borders of Europe are... It happens. But where that "wall" is? On the beaches of Mamaia? Near marinas of Mangalia? The only wall protecting the part of Europe (not all of Europe) from the barbarity stands now in Ukraine. Pray for that real wall to stand and to allow Mamaia beaches to be crowded with tourists and not with the enemy landing force.

Russia is only one country. US and EU are many countries.
Many countries lead by United State are facing the whole load of problems because of misjudgment of sanctions backfire means the leader American are not smart enough.
Russia is winning over US and collective west.
