Windows cannot be installed to this disk. the selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT disks MBR can’t support partitions which are larger than 2 TB.

So we need to convert to GPT

Shift + f10
type: Diskpart
type: List Disk
type: Select Disk (and whatever number disk you want to change)
type: Clean
type: Convert GPT

Additional information that helped me: If you have trouble telling two drives apart (such as if they are the same size) you can look at "detail disk" and it should list the name which helped me a lot. Great video, thank you!
