Bringing Ukraine issue to G20 or inviting Ukrainian president Zelensky would have ruined the G20 summit by diverting it from current issues faced by the world. That was the India's motive of avoiding Ukraine issue in G20 summit. Russia Ukraine war is going on for a long time and we can at least minimize it's adverse effects on global economy and food security through agreements made in summits like G20 if we cannot stop the war.
