Actually, I already studied this technique and it won't work against smart ones.
So X in the center, your enemy goes on one of the corners, you go opposite, but THEN they create a threat to score by placing their O one space in front of the first O they placed, and you're forced to block, if you don't block he wins. And then that's just a draw unless one of you makes a mistake. In this video, the player playing as I put their O right beside the other O which is losing cause when X blocks, that's a double threat and X wins.

If you go first always go in the corner, if the O doesnt go middle a win 100% and if he goes middle its a tie

I always put Os in the corner if they put X in the middle. Thats the only way ro make the match a tie.

No, it doesn't matter if you go at corner, centre or sides, you still win. The sides is the most complex one.

If they dont go to any corner in their first move, its a draw, or if they play their first move in the corner, then the 2nd one in another corner (the corner they place it in HAS to block X from winning ofc) its a draw, so tic-tac-toe is truly impossible to win if all players play the right moves

Edit: So basically, if the person going 2nd covers 2 corners, its a draw
