This video is about Google Pixel 3 screen replacement. It shows you how to repair the broken Google Pixel 3 display.

The P-OLED screen on the Google Pixel 3 comes in at 5.5 inches, with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Much of what makes the Google Pixel 3 feel extra special is IP68 waterproofness. It’s now made almost completely of glass, which curves around the rear and feels fantastic.

The display of your Google Pixel 3 can get broken or ineffective because of unsuitable operation and crash. You can buy a Google Pixel 3 screen to fix the problem.
It is difficult and complicated to separate P-OLED screen and touch screen when you want to repair each of them. The former part of the video shows you the best solution to replace the broken or ineffective screen of your Google Pixel 3. The later part of the video shows you how to replace the screen with frame.

Follow this video to replace the digitizer and P-OLED screen of your Google Pixel 3 in below conditions:
The screen of your Google Pixel 3 got broken, cracked;
Colored spots and lines keep showing on the screen;
There is an orange spot in the same area of the display screen;
Rainbow pattern or color-blocks shows on some areas of the screen;
The touch screen is not sensitive enough to execute your orders.
We will upload other repair guides of Google Pixel 3 as soon as possible. Tell us which part of Google Pixel 3 you want to replace at comment section.

A few advice for all those who are opening their Pixel 3 for the first time:
1. The back plate (glass panel) is glued onto the main chassis on a CURVED surface rather than a flat one. Use soft prying tool like demonstrated in the video. Hard prying tool such as a stick may risk breaking the back panel. OEM backplates are a rare component and extremely hard to procure. (In U.S. east at least.) In additions, removing the fingerprint recognizer, camera brackets, and flash bracket from the backplate is extremely difficult.
2. Fingerprint recognizer's cable is quite long so it may give you more room to work with (compared to the home button with the iPhones); however, caution is still adviced as the cable is still fragile; breaking it may give you quite a bit of trouble.
3. the loudspeaker is also glued to the main chassis using adhesive similar to that applied to the back panel, use caution when trying to remove it.
4. Although the flip method demonstrated at 3:07 is the perhaps the best way to remove the motherboard from the main chassis, it would not be easy. The two front-facing cameras (selfie cameras) are glued to the chassis by adhesive. To make the motherboard removal easier, I strongly advice disconnecting the cameras and leaving them on the chassis as they are. DO NOT attempt to remove the motherboard from the right side (the side of the phone with no button) as the chassis' curvature covers a little bit of the board.

All, would it be eaier to pull take off the adhesive glued items by using a heat gun to soften the adhesive? it wouldnt damage anything internaly right? just wondering if itll make this easier and safer to do without fucking every little thing to be removed before u get to the front screen removal. wish i had watched this before trying to remove the front screen display. the lcd part of the front screen i was removing shattered and spilled into 15% of the screen in the corner so im going to try saving myself $50 and doing it the right way here. ths for the video!

Do you need to heat the back with heat gun before using the first card to separate the back piece from the frame?

Be extremely careful with the earpiece as it is easily torn.

It was ok I suppose. But a nice explanation in words instead of that stupid music would have been much much more useful.
