Great vid! This is the only teardown and fix for the screen I have seen that doesn't involve removing the motherboard (which I prefer not to do). I see you cut the screen ribbon and assume that without removing the motherboard, it is as appears in video, possible to get the new screen ribbon through to the back?

That was so painful to watch, wiping new screen with your shirt, and all that glue everywhere. These replacement screens come pre glued to the frame like the s8 and s9 so no need to use all that glue like you did, and why would you repair that if you couldn't source a back glass? I'm shocked by this video hey worst I've seen on YouTube.

Wearing a metal ring
Didn't disconnect battery first
Not wearing gloves around the camera
Blowning on phone
Using shirt to wipe phone
Used too much glue
Didn't even attempt to keep water resistance intact.
So much wrong with this video

Not trying to be a dick or anything. It's just were really trying to get this right to repair thing going, and when there are videos like this from independent repair shops, it doesn't look good.
