I know one thing, high blood pressure can increase the sound of the ringing. I've had tinnitus for over 20 years. I'm on blood pressure medicine but I went thru a 3 week period of bad eating habits and it finally caught up with me. I had 2 days of hell it got so loud. I cut out coffee, bacon, soda, etc. Luckily it got quieter. So, adopt healthier diets which will help you lose weight and lower your pressure.

I can hear my heartbeat in the ear because its near a vein and its ringing too I'm too young to not hear in my left ear

You forgot to mention that one very common reason for ringing in the ear is STRESS. Mental or physical STRESS.

When the situation is resolved and the stress is reduced, the ringing in the person's ears also stops.

well i got tinnitus in the army and my exiting hearing test was better than my entrance hearing test. so is it really hearing loss or just added sound to your ears makes it harder to hear certain sounds?
