Big respect for countries which save cultures, not destroy it.

Upd: was not informed well, Greenland had experienced cultural assimilation and colonialism at past.

So fascinating! How incredibly awesome to raise trilingual kids. As an American, it's painful to go through the language learning process because we start so late in life. I would love to learn more about how Danish and English are learned in Greenland. How amazing that she's already fluent in both at 7.

Your government should pay you mega bucks! I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to visit Greenland because of your videos. Amazing work. Thank you 🙏

My mother comes from Iran and my father is Danish. I live in Denmark and was always disappointed we never got the option for learning Kalaallisut in Danish schools. I remember seeing it for the first time, and I was so impressed! All these long words and consonants made it look like a language of magic to me. It sounds even more beautiful spoken.

I started a pre PhD programme on endangered languages documentation, so it warms my heart to hear that you are keeping Greenlandic languages alive.

As a dane, if i ever moved to greenland, i’d be doing my best to learn the language even if a lot of people would understand my danish, as far as i’m concerned, the country is yours and i respect you.

This is one of the positive sides of internet. I get to learn more and “meet” other people whom I have slim chance of knowing in person. 🎉❤

Jeg forguder bare jer, solrige grønlændere
Du er så sød, smilende og altid positiv, på trods af det svære klima ønsker jeg dig alt det bedste og godhed i denne verden.

That so cool! Greenland language is like Alaskan language. Like Alaskan Inupiaq and Yupik and Greenland and Canada is Inuit.❤❤

You are doing such a service for your country. I knew absolutely nothing about Greenland 2 weeks ago. That's changed now. I'm even thinking of taking a trip. Well done for London ❤

I still love hearing you speak Greenlandic. I have not a hope of ever being able to pronounce it, but I love it! ❤❤

This is such a nice change from being native in Canada. We don’t have our language anymore my kookum is too afraid to speak it. The only way we can learn is by paying a university to teach it back
