4 Healthy work or school snacks for people with diabetes #shorts

In honor of Prime Day coming up, I’ve got 4 incredible snack options that you can take to work or your kids can take to school that are blood sugar friendly.
1. Nu Trail Keto Granola - I swear by this stuff and eat it just about every day.
Per serving, you’ve got 3g fiber and 4g protein. It tastes AMAZING and there are multiple flavors that are all winners. I love it as a midday snack. It does pretty much nothing to your blood sugar.
2. Crisp Power Protein Pretzels - I found these at Costco too, and they are AMAZING. 3g net carbs, 15g of plant-based protein, and they taste better than normal pretzels. Since they also have minimal blood sugar impact and are easy to take on the go for a protein boost, so sign me up.
3. Bada Bean Roasted Fava Bean Snacks - It’s a mouthful to say, but they’re worth it. It is a complete snack with 6g of plant-based protein along with 4g fiber, a great option for kids, and they have multiple flavors from sweet to salty - there’s really not a bad one.
4. Joydays Cookies - Kid (or adult) friendly again, tastes great, they are sweetened with allulose which may improve blood sugars and at worst, has zero impact on them, and you can warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds to get that tasty cookie finisher to a lunch or dinner.
These are just a few of my favorites, let me know some of yours.
