This is why I purposefully bought a canister vacuum - because emptying or changing the bag is, in fact, the worst.

Better half brought one of those because my handheld chargeable one wasn’t powerful enough. Now the new thing sits unused and the portable thing does most of the work.

My bagless vacuum cleaner is as dead as the Norwegian blue parrot, collecting dust in the cupboard. I haven't got around to throwing it out or buying a new one. I will get to it working progress!
