Hello, I live in LBC. Thank you for sharing. New subscriber and now watching some of your vids. I came to your channel for the loc journey I want to start and have many questions trying to set up a consult. In addition I find your channel has several areas I have been praying about and Jesus is answering prayers because I am also setting a plan. I’m a realtor with KWPV and we know that requires me to put in time to build my brand/niche, especially with being a w2 employee. I kid you not, just before clicking this vid, I thought that I should plan a vacation for 1 week and work my business. Confirmation! 2023 was a year of learning and now its time to “write the vision, make it plain” Habakuk 2. Very grateful for this Divine appointment. To God be the Glory! Blessings!

Great video!! 2024 will not be a year that I overthink and the year that I do what I have never done before!

I really needed to hear this 😊 I have everything in place but I’m just not really promoting. I’m claiming this year is my year. Thanks for the advice and the kick in the butt. I needed it.

Thank you for sharing these tips. Having a daily income goal makes sense. I think we always are focused on the monthly income but what about daily? 🤔

I also wonder how freelancers/entrepreneurs managed health insurance and taxes. For taxes I’ve heard 30% of what you make, for example if you receive $1000, then 30% is roughly $330 and to set aside the money so you are prepared. I do plan to connect with a CPA when the time is right. I live in NYC and taxes are quite high here as well.

Question: have you found that you have to pay your taxes quarterly, like an estimated tax? I used to work at a law firm and the partners paid an estimated quarterly tax.
