I remember when San Francisco was one of the most beautiful cities in America. (I am 60 years old). By the 1980's it was starting to become unfriendly. By the 2000's it was getting ugly. Today it's down right gross and disgusting.

I stopped by the Apple store on Union Square in downtown San Francisco last month to buy a new keyboard. After that I was on my way down 4th street to the hardware store when I came upon a dead man laid out on the sidewalk. He had no signs of life and his face was a pale ashen grey color. Meanwhile, it was 4 pm and the sidewalk was crowded with people just walking on by this poor man's corpse. I had to hail a beat cop and ask him to deal with this drug OD since nobody else seemed to care. These "progressive" types everywhere in SF want you to think they're so loving and kind but in fact they're just ignorant, amoral narcissists, celebrating their anything goes anti-culture.

I went to SF for business about 6 yrs ago from Taiwan. I was not familiar with Bay Area neighborhoods, so I booked a hotel right in the Tenderloin thinking it is in heart of the city and close to the cable cars. Holy was that a mistake. My female coworkers were all too scared to leave the hotel after dark for CVS or convenience store. It was horrid 6 yrs ago, I can't image what SF is like right now.
