When are you guys going to quit pushing quality assurance testing directly onto customers for your printers? I’m still waiting for my cr-10 smart to become smart. Solutions from your support team are always to take the entire printer apart and fix manufacturing mistakes made by your company while also sending loads of videos to prove the product doesn’t work as advertised.

I wish their was a way to modify supports and model files on the app. Many times I print something that leaves tons of pits and holes on my models just because it decides to print with tons of supports.
