If you haven't already thought of it, be sure to provide a basic first-aid kit for the inevitable boo-boos and replenish between guests as needed. Also, maybe provide a small Desperado Ranch logo gift/souvenir for your guests to take home to remind themselves of what a great time they had. Thanks for the content! You're always fun to watch.

Take pictures of the inside of cabinets and drawers. Make a binder for each house with all the photos.

Small nightlights for the bathrooms and a few other key areas is ALWAYS good at Airbnb's. People are staying in a new house as opposed to a tiny hotel room. Lighting at night when nature calls is very helpful. Also, fill those soap dispensers with the least scented goop you can find and don't be bummed that they don't get used that much. They are good for the first day or two when people are settling in, but most people like their own goops and bring them with them/buy them when they travel.

Something relatively cheap and easy that would be fast to open to the public. You should make some side by side, dirt bike, four wheeler trails. You have the perfect terrain for it. Maybe get rid of a few trees. Make a little camp site so people can spend the weekend. It would be perfect

My wife and I have what’s called a split king bed. It’s two twin XL mattress and boxsprings together. We have separate sheets and all that and they move up and down separately. Best decision ever

A friend of mine here in Maine rents out part of his 130 acres to a fall festival each year. He makes $30, 000 for a 3 day festival and doesn't have to do hardly anything. The festival people put most it up themselves. :D
