If you're truck takes a mile to stop at 80k lbs, you missed something on your pre trip.

I'm a truck driver. If you need a mile to even coast to a stop, you've got serious problems

Bro I think you’re confusing your truck with a fully loaded freight train😂

If it takes you a mile to stop you aren’t a truck driver, you’re a train operator.

I work in a steel mill. I haul max 220, 000 lbs of steel coils on my trailer. It can stop fairly quickly

It’s always a good sign when you see a fire hydrant spraying water onto the road

My husband is a bull hauler.. takes a minute to get up speed and takes a minute to stop when he’s loaded.

It’s easier to stop at 80k than it is empty.

If I smash my brakes empty, my trailer is smoking up the road behind me.

Besides, good ole jake does most of my braking

We all just gonna ignore the fire hydrant busted on the side of the road
