Your 10" tom needs to be tightened

I think notating at double the speed would be more feasible and make the most sense given the groove. The sixteenth and thirty second notes are unnecessary given the actual speed

Honestly, I wouldn't consider this a beginner drum fill, mainly due to the speed and the 32nd notes.

That sounds like it needs either drum rings or something is vibrating around and causing that bad Tom tone.
