I have a tip for your double strokes. I would try to make the left diddles as strong as the right diddles. And I’m guessing you’re right handed so it might be kinda hard to build up the strength in your left hand, but if you keep working on it they’ll sound really clean and really good

The Swiss you’re playing are actually flam accents. Swiss triplets don’t alternate hands ⚡️⚡️⚡️

The articulation is part of the rudiment. You are missing most of the accents altogether.

Quick tip depending on what youre playing those flams could be closer together to sound less like two different notes but thats all personal preference same thing with drags (ruffs) too😊

I would widen sticks and open your hands more, think pizza not French fries. Less strain on your wrists and will free up your fingers

your flams are more flam drags than flams, make sure the sticks hit the pad at the same time.
