Do you discuss the need to have a perk test for waste field lines? or do you just build the house & let the customer worry about water & waste septic tanks? I mean if you don't have that information how can you recommend a house wanting to build on solid rock?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. But who builds the home? Does the customer buy the home from GE, then finds a local builder to put it together? How much does that change the final numbers?
