I had no idea that simple habits like drinking water too quickly or while standing could have such a negative impact on digestion and joint health. Definitely going to start sipping warm water slowly from now on.

13:04 "drinking water immediately after waking up isn't the best practice" & 14:57 "when you drink water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach it helps flush out the toxic substances" a little contradictive?
