in the substituton of Taylor series equation y(x0) is 1 because he is not multyplying y with x0 he is substituting x0 value in y eq and getting that answer eventually y1(x0) then y11(x0)

For any one confused about how the derivative was found, think of it as implicit function of calculus butbin this case dy/dx is not being made the subject of a formula but just considered as a part of the value equated to.

Sir, derivative of x-y^2 will be 1-0=0, because we should consider y as constant here as we are differentiating with respect to x
