Star Wars Outlaws is releasing not long from now, and with all the lofty promises it has been making as the first ever open world Star Wars game, it’s no surprise to see it generating the kind of buzz and excitement that it has been doing. In the lead up to its release, with and developer Massive Entertainment continuing the game’s pre-launch hype cycle, we were recently given the chance to spend over three hours of hands off time with Star Wars Outlaws, getting to see plenty of its combat, stealth, and more in action.

From its characters and factions to its locations and much, much more, we were able to see plenty, and here, we’ll be speaking about a few of those new details that caught our eye.

I dont understand the massive hate. It looks like it has some techincal issues and a bit basic but i dont mind a fun open world game thats a bit dated. If its watchdogs meet star wars it will be somewhat fun. Im not a fan of the character design but i like giant open world games with fun unloackables. Is their momentum or empty space. Is the open world fun to navigate or slog to travrl. The answers to these questions will be the difference of 6/10 to 9/10. Im guessing it will be 7.

I don’t get all this hate in the comments. It’s massive entertainment. Yes, they’re owned by Ubisoft, but Massive have their own creative direction, their own developers, with their own passions. Ubisoft is the publisher. Are we going to hate on the studio that created the Avatar game, the Division 1 and 2, not to mention FAR CRY 3?
