I use this one for relieving joint pain from a medical issue. Try putting some in a blender bottle with cold milk. Tastes just like Nesquik lol

Also boss advice is to put the scoops first then little water ontop then mix it then add the rest of water. Easier that way 🎉

Ingredients: Collagen peptides (bovine), cocoa powder (30%), potassium carbonate (alkalizing agent), flavour, monk fruit extract (sweetener), salt.

You’re better off using a blender. I add it in my coffee or make a chocolate smoothie with it.
