At 21:21, you had the 18 pair in Row 1, the 28 pair in Row 6, and the 12 pair in Row 7. That makes a 1, 2, 8 triple in Col 6 which leaves another 3, 6, 7 triple in Col 6. That gives you the 7 in Row 8 at R8C6. Puzzle solved.

As at minute 6 when Zen takes advantage of the 23 UR in blocks 4 and 5 through elimination number counting. Just for those who are interested to determine the logical way to deal directly with the 2s and 3s, how do you go about it? In this case, we knew there was an actual 23 pair. In block 3, we knew the 3 actually needed apposite the 23 pair. So we knew the 2 is the mobile digit that needed to be eliminated from joining the 3 and forming that 23 pair in block 5. So, where was the 2 in block 5 ? Obvious answer, the 2 needed to be either in r6c4 or r6c6. The advantage of this logical approach is that it works all the time and is sure to continue making actual progress. And yes, in this case, it also served to confirm the 7 in r5c4.
