Mercedes, can we get an update on what the B Service is. I’m sure there have been changes over the years. Thanks in advance.

Mercedes may want to write a memo to your dealerships as there is false advertisement with B service. I have went to multiple locations and they are stating B service includes brake fluid exchange only if you have pre-paid service, but the websites does not state that. This means your Service Advisors are pushing for extra money, which should already be included in a B service. Nor does your video state that. If a full B service should include brake fluid exchange, then I bet there will be a lawsuit in the near future for false advertisement.

I know owners rag on these 'stealerships' for being greedy but this video gives a GREAT ARGUMENT as to why you should let the mechanics trained by MB do the maintenance for you instead of an independent mechanic or you, especially when technology gets more advanced. I mean, what do you get out of $600/year? Since they know them inside and out, you get fewer problems in the next 12 months.

This is such total BS. Mercedes makes junk cars, period. They often break after 50K miles, right after their warranties expire, and cost fortunes to service. Their engineers design planned obsolescence, using plastic materials and other cheap composites so they fail. Mercedes does not build cars, they are a parts company. They market the crap out of their brand as status, but all they build are Chevrolets that are expensive to fix. Mercedes sells parts with obscure and unnecessary designs that cause owners to buy OEM for replacement parts. They make their money by charging outrageous prices for pieces of junk that are costly to fix. Check the 'net and see how many complaints they have for JUNK quality masquerading as "German Engineering" BS.
