For anyone struggling, I was pressing the touch pad and the back button at the same exact time and that’s why I couldn’t get it to work. You need to press the back button first and then press the touch pad. Also, make sure you’re on the odometer screen under the trip selection

Thank you for video but this procedure does not work on my 2021 c300 basic. I looked at several videos on how to reset the Service B notice and nothing works. I think Mercedes releases so many software versions and updates that it's impossible to stay up with.
