Thank you sir, it just worked great, in aditional some phones will need to have activated "USB debugging (Security settings)" in the debugging area to get the mouse and keyboard working.

for those who are wondering its not gonna bypass THE infamous "flag_secure" AKA not gonna let u record protected apps content or screenshot them ...coz i have tried it with bank apps and some streaming apps it shows black screen...like if u find this comment useful🤜

Hello! My PC is connected via LAN, my phone via WiFi.
It only works as long as I keep the USB-Cable connected.

When I enter the scrcpy command in the last step, it finds both, the TCP and the USB connection.
I have to enter "scrcpy -e" to connect via WiFi, but it still immediately disconnects, when I unplug the USB-Cable.
Of course, when trying to connect without the USB-Cable connected in the first place, the cmd response is: "error: device offline"


Do you happen to know why?

I’m looking for a USB-C splitter for my Pixel 7 Pro that can connect to its USB-C port. The splitter should have two female USB-C ports: one for connecting USB-C Apple EarPods too make phonee calls, and the other for chargingg the phone and supporting data transfer. This data transfer should enable USB debugging mode, allowing me to use the mirroring application, scrcpy. I’ve noticed that most products on Amazon only support data transfer on the port that supports audio, but not on the charging port. Can you recommend a product that meets these requirements?

thanks a lot I did installed it a side from this being a bit involved than I expected, I get slow motion video on my linux desktop! (ubuntu 22.04, latest version of scrcpy)
is this always like this?
what other options do we have when it comes to android/linux other than this?
