Dji Inspire screws fell off during flight

Received repaired Inspire from DJi 2 days ago and this happened during its second flight if you look closely you can see that the screw fell out of one of the legs which caused it to be uneven and spin out of control Follow my actual page

Operator doesn't follow basic safety protocols (always check screws for tightness before flying) and then posts the video of it. Brilliant!

To everyone saying you shouldn’t buy such an expensive drone, I am a professional and use large drones like this all the time. They are crucial for the commercial productions we film. A Mavic Mini can’t film raw 5k video zoomed in at 90 millimeters flying over 60mph tracking cars and filming epic parallax. The Inspire 2 is worth every penny of the $7000 we’ve put into it so far. (Yes I know the drone in this video is the inspire one, but this is speaking of the inspire line as a whole.)

Wasn’t props coming off, as you can see they don’t. It was retracting the landing gear and one of the arms came loose, leading to asymmetry... and a crash.

Finally I see someone else have the same issue I had. I was on an empty construction site thank god. I did a thorough pre-flight check and nothing seemed loose. Once I got about 100ft up it came loose and started spinning like yours. When it hit it threw the X5 camera about 10ft away and luckily it was ok and still in use today. The body however had some broken arms and now resides in my basement in the OEM case. Thankfully we had UAS insurance
