my cat has never had a human bathing ever. He takes care of his own cleaning and fur. Cats are supposed to wash themselves, they don't need humans to bathe them.
NB he is 14 years old and knows how to look after himself.

Here’s a tip on bathing INDOOR cats


YOU DONT NEED TO BATHE THEM OFTEN. Indoor cats do not need regular baths. The only time they need one is when they are dirty. Outdoor cats do need baths more frequently though.

My cats are the self cleaning model. Always on a wash cycle after some loved petting. Which feels semi insulting at times because they love getting pet put 1 foot tall fur babies that have me daily clean their little box consider themselves cleaner than me.
