Jack, I am glad you did this series on marriage. It's truly an important issue, because it is an area that the enemy attacks vigorously and believes if he can disrupt the marriage the family will suffer and then the church and then the believer. But also for those who didn't know or apply these principles and have a failed marriage it's hard to listen to. It is truly difficult for us to hear how other relationships made it or have been awesome for thirty or forty years. Especially for a Christian marriage that failed. For myself personally, I'm blessed or seek to rejoice when a marriage reflects the relationship between Christ and His Bride, though a failed relationship is a wound that never heals, if it ever mattered in the first place. While the evil one uses it as a weapon to beat you with and delights in the heartache. Thank you though, truly. I pray people will listen and seek to serve another person rather than serve themselves. Blessings dear brother Jack, thank you Lord Jesus for you mercy. Maranatha.

So what to you do when your Christian spouse runs away, refuses all attempts at reconciliation and turns coldly away from his adult children and cuts contact with anyone who challenges him on his behavior. He is a different person. 38 years of marriage, 2 years gone to “find himself”. After terrible agonizing and a horrific few years I’m preparing divorce papers.

I really enjoy Jack Hibbs but this is such a shallow study of women. Really dissapointing.
