I'm just looking for a book that teaches me how graphs and data works, scatter plots, bar graphs, mean, median, mode, per capita, % increase, % decrease, and the 0.1p and weird lines over a bar on a bar chart (idk what they're called). Do any of these books teach that?

Freedman is awful, so I'm not even going to watch this video. I think one reviewer on Amazon summarised the book's style in his review title: ENDLESS CHATTER. If you look at the book from a distance, it looks like a novel rather than a maths book. Unreadable for a mathematician, may be OK for an English literature major.
