If your disc gets scratched because you move your 360 that's your fault. It should be in a safe, stable area anyways.

this lawsuit is stupid and pointless. i have a 360 and my games never gotten scratched. even if the game is scratch you can buy a warranty which BestBuy, Target etc can provide you with. also you can buy a disc repair kit. also Gamestop repair discs every time they get a game used. gamers will have a better chance with a lawsuit with sony ps3 during the time when they gotten hacked which gamers information was exposed.
