Some brand should make a watch that doesn't tell time. That would truly be timeless

So glad you made this video, as I do in fact have $20 to $199k in disposable income to spend on a watch.

Some fantastic watch choices, those socks and shoes, not so much.

With the exception of a pilot watch you can get a great Seiko 5 in any of those those categories for between 100-300 bucks. The Seiko 5 field watches, in particular, should have been included as the ideal starter field watch; a quality automatic movement in a quality case for $100 is nothing to sneeze at.

I enjoyed the way this was presented, and the watches that were selected for each category were well considered - however - every single recap section that called out the “investment” watch is, at best, very incorrect. I’m seeing a lot of luxury watches being categorized as such, but not also as investment pieces. For instance, both Vacheron and Cartier are considered luxury timepieces, but the Vacheron is the better investment as it’s part of the Big Three. Your biggest mistake being labeling the Tag Heuer as an investment timepiece, in the same category as a Rolex, which also happens to be a steel Daytona in this instance. Same goes for a Mont Blanc geosphere classified as an investment over the Rolex Explorer 2. Lastly, a Bell & Ross, which I’m a big fan of, is not an investment timepiece. All that said, I’d like to see more of this in the future 👍

You guys are hilarious - trying to put out all those cool cues with the white tees under blazers, and big clown shoes. Keep it up!

Omega was first but not only watch on the moon. During the Apollo 15 mission, it broke so astronaut Dave Scott used his watch which was Bulova (now Bulova Lunar Pilot) :)

I've been carrying the same watch for 20years... my grandad used it in the war, i wind it up every few days and its never failed... its been dinged up, the case has some spots where rust was cleaned off the steel but its better than anything you could put on that table

A nice watch will always be the best accessory to a nice outfit 💛

About the Montblanc geosphere and why it has the north, south, east and west on the bezel, you can actually use a mechanical watch like the montblanc one or any other to tell direction. You lay the watch horizontally, align the hour hand with the sun, and now the middle point between the aligned hour hand and 12 o'clock position on dial roughly indicates which direction south is.

So that’s how Cam looks like - love his column. He convinced me to get my first Rolex - 124060. Thx!

Remember folks, the best watch is the one on your wrist. Too much snobbery in this hobby sometimes. Just enjoy ❤️

I wouldn't say Cartier tank is an investment, because they don't hold value well at all. They are mass produced every year. Saying that, its one of my favourite watches and for that reason its what I'm currently looking at buying next.

Really didn't like how this started out feeling like it would cater to anyone, and then they just get lost in mostly watches that are all thousands of dollars/unobtainable.

I got a Dora the Explorer watch for $5 off a stall and it does exactly what all these watches do.
