I had retinoblastoma when I was 3 years old, I lost my left eye to it. I'm now 34 and I fundraise for CHECT (childhood eye Cancer trust) here in the UK. Thank you for talking about this, not many people understand and it gets frustrating to explain after a while.

DO NOT let anybody put you down just because OF YOUR CONDITION YOU ARE STILL THE MAN, MAN.

Anything that anybody can do, YOU AND POTENTIALLY OTHER PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR CONDITIONS TO YOUR’S CAN MOST DEFINITELY NO DOUBT DO AS WELL, IF NOT BETTER!!!

And just because you don’t have the same feature as others doesn’t mean you are alone and different

You maybe physically different but YOU are mentally, logically, and emotionally still the same person that you were before and after your surgery!!

And consider your priority as a Blessing and consider that it makes you special, BECAUSE IT DOES!

You keep believing in yourself Jarrett! AND KEEP INSPIRING OTHERS TO NOT LET ANYBODY PUT THEMSELVES DOWN BECAUSE OF OTHER PEOPLE’S OPINION ON THEIR PHYSICAL FEATURES!!

EVERYBODY is special no matter their gender, race, appearance, priority, pride, disability, age and physical, emotional, and mental ability

Just because you and potentially others who has similar conditions are physically different, doesn’t mean they cannot perform specific acts!!

I will say we respect you with one eye! No matter if you have two eyes, or one eyes, or no eyes, we don’t care, who you truly are that you changed, you will still be the happiest person! If someone accept someone that lost something we truly understand, there’s better ways to be happier, just be careful for your lost things they are really fragile, and sensitive! Be you, not others
