Man lost an eye after getting viciously attacked and he's STILL up there spreading the word of God! Still giving thanks for The Lord Jesus Christ. Most people would be looking for vengeance or even turning their anger towards God. Mar is offering up his eye as a token of love. That he's OK with losing his eye and hopes it will help muslims see Christ and accept him!
