This is my number one ramen brand to use to start as a base for me. Love it. I add the seasoning pack and some miso to make my broth. Sometimes I make a creamy broth with kewpie mayo + egg yolk. The noodles are really good and perfect for a great ramen dinner with lots of fixings.
