I relate to this song so much, the unbridled rage, frustration, determination and hatred of trying to be better than the other people around you who are way better at the stuff you like doing is an insane feeling. So competitive and exhilarating.

I feel like this about someone who doesn’t know when something is a lost cause, and when to take a break. They feel like they have to shut themself off from the rest of the world. They don’t care if they hurt themself doing whatever it is they’re trying to do. They have to do it.

"All of my friends" sounds like someone trying to force themselves to believe that everything is perfectly fine, while "I'm gonna win" sounds like someone who understands that everything isnt fine, but believes they'll still come out on top
