The show narrative has FINALLY caught up to the speculation that the fans (like me) have had for many weeks:

1-Dudenoff's social security checks are being cashed by the Westies. So, they KNOW he's dead, and are hiding the secret to keep their low-rent apartments.
2-Someone has been trying to kill one/more of the Trio since Season 1.

What's funny is the non-Trio characters are figuring out important clues, while the Trio haven't. Which is a nice reversal of roles of all the character--and a very clever twist.

BTW, the CLUE that the viewers may have missed in episode 7: Loretta asked Oliver, during their discussion of the voicemail he left her: "My time or your time." IMO, this is foreshadowing the fact that the call on Murder Night to Bev Melon was mad at 2:07 a.m. NYC time. Which, again, raises suspicion on "if" Sazz is dead at 11:07--which we have assumed all season.

Loved this episode !! the Loretta and Doreen fight was hilarious, the Charles and Doreen heart to heart made me smile, and the proposal was sweet and cute without being cringy. Still have no idea who murdered Sazz I do have wild theories (that are definitely just that wild theories) first theory is that Oscar's Dad is somehow involved he has access to all the apartment he could have let the Brother/Sisters into everyone's apartments he also could have let himself into Dudenoff's place at anytime and threatened the trio because he somehow blames Mabel for what happened to Oscar. Second theory is that it's been Uma (Jackie Hoffmans Character) all along because she seems to really hate Charles. Also I really feel like I need to watch season one again

we now know that the woman in the photograph that with a scratched off face is Loretta she is wearing pigtails in the photo and in real life. we also know Loretta is quite strong when it came to fighting Charles’s sister. I believe Loretta was a Westy in low rent housing for a while until she left. She probably got into an altercation with off at some point. There is still a lot we don’t know about Loretta. her motive for one thing, but I can’t see Meryl Streep becoming a regular on only murders in the building so I’m guessing this relationship is going to go south.

Now that we know who the killers are. The next question is. Whats their next move? Now there are people of interest.
