In a sense, they are not wrong because biomechanics have limits. Genetics determine your vert but it's a spectrum, you can jump anywhere from 0 inches to even up to 50 inches if you max out everything (high muscle strength, lowest possible body fat, etc.) But of course hard work put your genetics to test, the moment of truth is where your max vert gets revealed if you constantly chase it ❤

Bro, they have to say everything is with Genetics, they don't do anything when you build Muscle or get more Athletic, so if you have Trash Genetics, there are no Excuses NOT to go to the Gym, for Example, maybe i have Good or Bad Genetics, but what am i still doing, i'm still working out and get really good Gains, without hearing that "Genetics" in my ear, so don't make Excuses, don't get Lazy and get on work.
