i think the main reason to this is because i delete many industrial area and replace it to office zone. thanks dude

My City Industry collapsed and the caused a domino effect and that caused the comercials to collapse

Fix your traffic. Yeah right. That's easier said than done. But in my own defense I am only just stated to learn to plan as I go., and I am still learning. Oh I just read someone had a commercial collapse. I have never had that. I usually get to install a Nuclear power station before all main road turn into a car park. I am still having fun though.
