The ingredients I give are exactly for 2 medium fish or for 1/2 kilo of small fish:
▪ 2 bream
(Of course you can also choose the fish of your choice)
For each bream we will need
▪ 1 medium potato
You can chop or coarsely chop your potatoes. But be careful that they are cooked according to the fish you have so that they don't burn.
▪ juice of 1/2 lemon
▪ 50ml olive oil
▪ 1/2 teaspoon dry grated oregano
▪ 1/2 teaspoon meat spice mix
▪ 1 teaspoon of salt
▪ some black pepper
(If we like hot, of course, we can also use chili)
You can use the olive oil, the lemon, and all the spices (at will)
▪ 1 clove of garlic can be with the CONFI method
( CONFIT ) that I have shown you or even fresh that you will grate at the last minute

▪ 1 tablespoon of mustard of our choice
(It can be spicy or even mild)
▪ 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
I will definitely use 2 baking sheets, so I will be 100% sure that there is no risk of the juices from my fish leaking out and burning my fish.
