These batteries are the same style GM has been using from LG. Tesla claims they can make the cylindrical batteries much faster, so they are cheaper. If the pouch batteries fail, they are apparently more difficult to find a workaround than the cylindrical batteries.

Overcoming ev range anxiety : Tesla have mapping software identifying charge locations and all cars are identifiable. What if owners with home chargers could flag when their unit is available. They could be paid a supercharger rate as an nft which is tradable as income, stays with their car or cashable. This might help solve road trips especially and also it's a positive social connection/contribution.

My problems with Aptera.
1. Cost is too close to Tesla model 3
2. Only a two seater
3. We don’t know how safe the vehicle is, weight is a big factor.
4. Profitability is uncertain.
5. Cash flow burn of $50 million/year.
6. Doesn’t qualify for federal/state Tax rebate incentives.
7. Haven’t herd any updates on private equity fund raising.
8. Best scenario won’t start production till 2025.
9. Tesla is continuing to reduce prices and increase quality.
10. Early production models will have very few features till at least 2027

The problem with a 3 minute battery isn't the speed at which it charges, it's the amount of watts that need to be delivered. In other words, impractical.

We should not use the average as a statistic to estimate the middle price of cars sold. We should use the median as this statistics is not skewed by the very high price cars (millions of dollars cars).

Is the rear wheel partial premium worth the discount though? I’ve been considering a new Tesla when they go on discount and the RWM3 with tax credit seems like a good idea.

I had a 2018 dual motor awd and that AWD was nice to have in winter.
