Our lemon Bundt cake is a very soft cake, covered with a lemon icing with an intense flavor. It is an excellent dessert for breakfast and snack and for a delicious coffee break.

1 cup (250 gr) of caster sugar
2 organic lemons
0,5 cup (125 ml) sunflower oil
0,3 cup (80 ml) of fresh milk
a pinch of salt
2 cups (230 gr) of flour 00
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Ingredients for the icing:
9 oz (250 gr) of icing sugar
1 organic lemon
water q.b.
