A proposal that lowered the required voting threshold for passing decisions to a very small percentage of the total voting power. This change allowed proposals to pass with minimal participation from the broader community. this could lead to centralization of power and make the network more susceptible to manipulation by a small group of influential stakeholders. This shit could be evil as fuck .

Its going to take a while. The crypto industry is too wrapped up in its own world and self interests as it is. Builders want paid, so as long as these legacy cryptos want to shill out $$$$, the motivation to develop on a true decentralized ecosystem isn't going to be enough.
Their grants are very small....and I'm okay with that.
