Governance is rare, looks pretty cool. Cardano also has catalyst and full governance this year also (voting with liquid staked ADA), over 1 billion funding to it. What's the token distribution like? It would have to be very spread out to work well - most DAOs aren't. I agree about gaming, you can have your NFTs banned from Axie, for example, so there's no real ownership if they can ban your NFT then it's useless. Decentralized staking on nodes is going on pretty widely (GALA), with token distribution to the nodes. Pretty cool to be BTC l2.
