Package installer keeps stopping, can't install packages while in secure frp? How to fix install apk

Lets see How to fix problem with installing any android application using apk file of that application. When I was trying to install application on my phone by downloading the apk file of the application It was saying "Package installer keeps stopping" and the app is not installed and when expanded feedback the first line says "Can't install packages while in secure frp". I tried multiple time, I gave the "install from unknown source" permission allowed install from unknown source but it never got fixed and I can not install the application using the apk file which I downloaded from the browser. But here I am after solving this issue, lets see how to solve the package keeps stopping issue in your phone while installing application using apk files
