Install apps from apk. Can't install package while in secure FRP, package installer keeps stopping ?

I was unable to install an application which I couldn't install from Google playstore and had to download the apk file using browser from internet and install by clicking on the downloaded apk file of that application. But it wasn't allowing me to install any application Even after allowing all the permission like install from unknown source. It was showing Can't install packages while in secure FRP. And also says Package installer keeps stopping

Note:- I am not teaching to do anything wrong, some phone is not allowing to install any apk file, but sometimes we need to install some application from apk only because it's not available on playstore.
